Mount Toubkal.. Roof of Morocco

 In the high Atlas, or the roof of Morocco, especially at the national park of Toubkal, there is a place that every lover of adventure in the world should visit; it’s Mount Toubkal, the highest mountain of Morocco and North Africa, and the second-highest mountain in the African continent.

Toubkal Mountain is the ideal destination for the adventurers and the seeking of a new experience, mixing the soul of the adventure and the beauty of Moroccan nature, with 4167 meters of altitude, Toubkal tempts the adventurers to come and challenge it.

As we mentioned before, Mount Toubkal is situated in the national park of Toubkal, 82 kilometers in the south of Marrakech, of course, reaching the top of the mountain in the winter it's a bit difficult, so many tourists and visitors prefer doing that in the summer or the spring.

Mountaineering is the first and most common activity that you can practice in Toubkal, but there are also other activities, such as hiking, riding bicycles.  

Toubkal was ranked in 2019 by CNN in the Sixth position in the list of the better places in the world to practice hiking, although, you should have good physical abilities to afford the high altitude, so, going to Toubkal is not recommended to everybody.

The feeling that you get at the top of Toubkal Mountain after difficulties and obstacles is such a great feeling, the view is majestic, and everyone who arrives at this point has to take a photo with the famous sign of Toubkal.
